FREE PERSONAL TRAINING CONTEST
VOTE HERE

Ok, its time to vote for who you think should win 2 months of Free Personal Training with me.  All you have to do is read the entries and in the comment section below put the entry # you would like to see win.  If you don't have a google account you can change it to anonymous vote!

AND THE ENTRIES ARE.................

1) My husband has been deployed with the National Guard since the start of summer. While he has been away he has told me about how much weight he has lost AND how he now spends an average of at least 2 hours each day working out and, "getting buff," as he happily put it.

He is due to return around the end of April. While he has been away I have been home with 3 kids and have gained atleast 10 pounds. I know that part of the reason I am eating more is because I am so stressed out and lonely while he is away. For about 3 months of the time that he has been away I followed a vegan and then vegetarian diet trying to be healthier. But have returned to my poor eating and exercise habits.

My biggest fear is that he will come back in the spring and be all sexy, looking like he is 23 again and I will be a rotundous woman sporting an unsightly muffin top. What a dissapointment that would be for him!! I should win the 2 months of training so that my buff, soldier husband can come home to a hot-bodied wife...or atleast more attractive wife!

2)   I am a 40 year old working mother of 3. I have struggled with my weight since college. I have never really had a weight problem until then. I was an athlete in high school and was in great shape. Swimming, softball, cheerleading and skiing, I was very active. I never really paid mind to what I ate, as I was so active it didn't seem to matter.

It all started my freshman year of college. I gained the typical freshman 20 and then was diagnosed with thyroid disease. Not doing any of my sports the pounds started to pack on. Three children and 20 pounds from each child hanging on I can't seem to loose it. My oldest is almost 16 so I can't call it baby fat anymore. I have lost as much as 25 pounds before but then gained it back and then some.

I have tried every type of diet known to man. I don't want that anymore, no diets. I want a life style change. I am addicted to sugar and carbohydrates and I don't know how to stop.
When I look in the mirror I don't recognize the person staring back at me. I am not that person inside. My bones are starting to ache and I am starting to slow down due to all of this excess weight that I am carrying around. I don't want this anymore but I don't know how to change it. I don't know how to stop eating sugar. I don't know how to teach my kids how to eat healthy.
I think this is my last chance to change my life. I am motivated and willing to learn. I just need the help and opportunity for someone to teach me. I don't want diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol that I know I am headed for.
I am a health care provider, but don't even know how to help myself. Please choose me so that Brooke can teach me how to eat healthier, say no to sugar and teach my family how to be health too.

 3)  I would to be considered for this as i have been succrssful in losing weight in the past but over the last 4 years I have gained about 60 pounds. Years ago I had a tummy tuck done but currently only have the scar to prove it . I am the dad to two beautiful girls and really want to be in shape to play with them. I'm open to weighing in, measurements, etc. thank you for the consideration

4) I was always a health conscious person and then I was diagnosed with a serious medical condition 8 years ago. It was a diagnosis that would change my life in more ways than one. I was truly one of the "lucky" people who could eat pretty much whatever I wanted and not gain weight. I still worked out 3-4 times per week anyway to stay healthy. When I received my health diagnosis in 2004, things changed rapidly. I lost my get up and go and gained 20 lbs in 3 months! It was traumatizing. I know in the grand scheme of things gaining 20 lbs is not the end of the world. However, to me my life was being altered and I felt completely out of control. I limited my caloric intake to 1500 per my doctors recommendation. I tried to continue some sort of exercise even when I felt like the life was being sucked out of me. Over years since 2004, I've struggled with my weight fluctuating 15-20 lbs no matter what I did. I had another health crisis that required surgery over a year ago. The frustration of another health issue and my weight gain of 25 lbs was overwhelming. I lost all motivation and have yet to get it back 18 months later. I haven't joined a gym because of the embarrassment that I feel. It's depressing to have a closet full of clothes that I can no longer wear. I would love to get my motivation back, be healthy, lose this unnecessary weight, feel better about myself, have more energy, & BONUS look amazing!

5)I am interested in your personal training program because I have had a gastric bypass 8 years ago and a medication I was put on has made me gain 50 lbs. I have tried to lose it through exercise and the amount of diet I am capable of doing due to the amount of food I can consume. It should not be difficult for the weight to come off, but medical conditions have plagued me more than I can stand. I would love to lose 60 lbs. I am currently 179 lbs. The lowest I ever got down to after my surgery was 135 lbs. I am not sure if I qualify for your program, but if I do I would be honored to participate
